With a wealth of experience in the spa industry, Kristen will take charge of overseeing operations and managing Joya Spa and the resort’s retail outlets, with a sharp focus on enhancing guest experiences.
Formerly serving as the Assistant Spa Director at The Phoenician Resort & Spa for almost a decade, Kristen Mather played a pivotal role in a significant multi-million dollar renovation project that led to the spa being honored with the prestigious Forbes Five Star Award in 2019. Her background also includes valuable experience as Guest Services Manager at The Sanctuary.
Kristen Mather is dedicated to elevating guest experiences at Joya Spa by introducing innovative spa and wellness practices. Her appointment fits perfectly with Omni Scottsdale’s commitment to enriching guest experiences following a recent multi-million dollar renovation.
